I was new to Massachusetts but more importantly city living. Lucas worked with me to understand my needs and wants.  From there, he put me to work by weekly mapping out places I must see, some maybe's, and threw in some curve balls as to continue to validate my needs and wants.

The funny thing is Lucas knew which place I would call home but I had yet to realize it.  He was patient with the process I needed to go through.

At the end of the day, it's been two years living in the South End, and I still am thrilled with my space!

Lucas helped us to sell our South End condo last year and our experience with him was fabulous from start to finish. Upon his suggestion, we decided to list our condo in early March, before many other options were available in the spring market.  Lucas is highly professional and market savvy, and did a great job researching comps.  He had excellent (and easy) tips for making our unit more desirable.  Lucas created a variety of marketing materials, including video of our unit, and did an amazing job at creating a "buzz" regarding our first (and only) open house.  Prior to listing, we had a lot of discussion about the asking price, and finally settled on a number that Lucas believed we could achieve and that would bring us a good return.  We were amazed to receive FOUR offers immediately after the open house, resulting in a final purchase price that was $40K above asking.  The final deal took some negotiating, and Lucas was an excellent advocate. Lucas is absolutely top notch and we strongly recommend him as a realtor.

When we met Lucas we found a realtor for life and a forever friend as well. Lucas is the most market savvy realtor we have ever worked with and has been extremely proactive while patiently guiding and assisting us in selling and buying properties.  Last year, when the real estate market was at a low point, Lucas sold a condo for us in the Back Bay.  He was right on target about the optimum time to list and the optimum price  to expect, given the current market.  Lucas sold our condo within 17 days at a price extremely close to the asking.  He then set about lining up skilled contractors to ready the condo and keep the closing date on track.  His help was invaluable.
 
Concomitantly, Lucas was tirelessly working to find an ideal home for us.  Not only did we purchase the condo in the Back Bay through Lucas, but an incredible home in the South End as well. We had loved this condo from the start but the asking price was too high and it was then taken off the market for a while. Lucas showed us numerous other appropriate places  and, all the while, kept on top of our ideal place. When the sellers were contemplating putting their place on the market again, Lucas immediately arranged for a showing for us and , in short, we purchased the condo very shortly after for the right price,  thanks to his guidance in negotiating the price and terms. Lucas helped us transform our ideal into reality while making it as smooth a process as possible.
 
To say that we would recommend Lucas is a gross understatement.  Lucas is the consummate professional and an even more amazing man. Thank you many times over, Lucas!!!
